I love everything coconut - especially freshly grated. This mix is a tribute to coconut - a south indian delight. Use it with chickpeas or vegetables for a vegan/vegeterian delight or add in chicken.

Just add tomato puree, chicken/chickpeas and coconut milk


Serve hot with rice or flaky parathas
